When is says valid 7 days it means you book this deal and need to stay within 7 days? I like to stay in Dec, any week day is ok, no need for weekend or Friday.

Hi, I was booked in during the lockdown on 19th April and the hotel contacted me to advise the hotel was closed and they would honour a voucher for £149 the cost of the itison ... I would prefer to rebook the voucher in December if possible ?

Hi,
We have purchased a voucher for a 2 night double executive room 5 course dinner BnB and cannot book a date.
The website does not accept the ITESEDDBB code for room options and if we go to the room booking it still will not allow any booking.
We are looking for either 25th & 26th Sept or 2nd & 3rd Oct. can you help please.

The Itison guarantee Suggested that I am covered if the places is closed, what happens if the venue is not closed but travel restrictions are in place and/or they have to reduce hotel numbers consequently making them unable to honour the voucher?

2 night stay for two with a bottle Champagne on arrival, 5 course tasting menu on the first night and breakfast both mornings

Choice of room:
- Small double
- Executive double

Options 1 & 3 voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Wed 23 Dec 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Option 2 & 4 voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Wed 23 Dec 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 1 May - 30 Sept 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 25 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only; bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in from 2pm, check-out 11am. Members can arrive earlier and deposit bags and a night porter is available if late check-in is required; please discuss directly with hotel.

Small double rooms or executive double rooms available; twin rooms are available in Executive room only; please advise at the time of booking.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: small double to double room £25 and executive double to mini suite for £45 or to Georgian suite £65; payable directly to hotel.

Includes a 5 course tasting menu; subject to change; 2 night option includes dinner on the first night only.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free and vegan options available; please discuss directly with hotel in advance.

Includes a bottle of Champagne on arrival; can be exchanged for a bottle of house red or white wine only.

Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
