If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • Spa day for one or two with a choice of 2 treatments each, afternoon tea and a glass of Prosecco
  • Choice of treatments
    - Back massage
    - Express facial
    - Salt scrub
    - Scalp massage

Voucher is valid until Fri 25 Sept 2020, Mon - Fri 9am - 8pm and Sun 9am - 6pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays, 14 Feb, 22 Mar and 10-13 Apr 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Over 18’s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 people per group; subject to availability.

Treatment can be adapted during pregnancy/breastfeeding; please discuss directly with spa at time of booking.

Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Duration: approx. 2 x 25 min treatments.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Afternoon tea can be served between 11am - 5pm; please discuss directly at the time of booking. Menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available; please discuss with spa at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
