i have been tryng to book this hotel, went through the process the payment was paid and aproved by my bank, but your message said it failed .so please can you sort out my credit card payment you are in receipt of at the moment the amount is £89 the bank says

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sept 2020 until Sun 20 Dec 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Dec 2020 we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin Tripster room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a Deluxe room for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of house red or white wine which can be collected from the bar. Alcohol can be substituted for 2 x soft drinks.
