Hi,

The Deal on the website states:

"Multiple voucher purchases are permitted; multiple voucher cannot be used on consecutive nights."

Does this in fact mean, that you could only stay one night in the hotel?

You see, I would like to spend 3 to 4 consecutive nights. Is this possible with the vouchers then?

Thanks for getting in touch - I'm sorry for the late response!

I'm afraid the maximum length of stay for this deal is one night. You can buy multiple vouchers to book one night stays for separate occasions, but they unfortunately can't be used to stay for consecutive nights.

I have just phoned the hotel to try and make a booking (option 2) for Monday 18th September only to be told there is a room but not for itison customers.

Why is there no exclusion/restriction on the dates available stated on the voucher? why do you have to phone to find this out. Sabrina on the other end of the phone was not exactly happy I didn't book

We try to make our terms and any excluded dates as clear as possible. Monday the 18th isn't an excluded date for option 2 however, the hotel will only have a set allocation of rooms available for itison vouchers, so they may be fully booked for your particular date.

If you're unable to secure a suitable date, you're welcome to request a full refund of your voucher within 14 days of purchase. Just drop us a line on support@itison.com and we'll be happy to help.

There are different voucher options for this offer - Option 2 is valid from the 10th July until 9th October 2017, Mon – Fri only; subject to availability. Excludes Saturday and Sunday; Option 3 voucher is valid from the 8th July until 7th October 2017, Saturdays only; subject to availability.

Option 1 voucher is valid from Sun 9 Jul 2017 until Sun 8 Oct 2017, Sun only; subject to availability. Excludes Monday – Saturday.
