I am in a Tier 3 area - the same area as the Hotel. What happens if we remain in Tier 3 and unable to use the voucher due to Covid

Hi I have a voucher from November last year I’ve changed the date to 26/2/21 don’t no if we’ll be able to use that date will my voucher be extended again or can I get refund or credit please it cost me £99

Thanks for your reply, the hotel told me the voucher was extended till end of Feb unfortunately we won’t be able to use it as to new rules as you can’t travel I would appreciate a refund or credit so I can book for this offer again

I have 2 vouchers which we are unable to use due to Covid.
One is for Marco Pierre White/ Hotel Indigo. The other is for Harrogate. If possible I would like to extend dates so I can use the offer when permitted.

I'm happy to let you know up to one child is permitted. Children aged 0-2yrs stay free, and children aged 2-12yrs require a supplementary charge of £30; payable directly to the hotel.

What to expect

  • 3 course dinner for two; inc a 1 or 2 night stay with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival and breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Sun 14 Nov 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Stay in a king bed standard room. Double or twin rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 3 course dinner from the set menu or a £25pp spend on the a la carte menu. Children's menu is available. Menus are subject to change and supplements may apply. Vegetarian, vegan, Halal, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes. Max of 6 people per table.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 1 child permitted; 0-2yrs stay free, 2-12yrs require a supplementary charge of £30; payable directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
