I can confirm voucher option 2 is £199 for a 2-night stay for two with an £80 food & drink allowance one night and breakfast both mornings.

Hi there, I can see that the voucher needs to be booked before the end of March. Do you need to stay before the end of March or can you book for later in the year?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm this voucher is valid from Friday 7th January 2022 until Thursday 31st March 2022 and a stay with this deal wouldn't be possible after this.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with £50 food & drink allowance and breakfast OR
  • 2 night stay for two with £80 food & drink allowance one night and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Fri 7 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 5 and 25-26 Feb 2022.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Stay in a superior double/twin room.

Rooms can be upgraded to a skyline junior suite for a supplementary charge of £100 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a food & drink allowance on the a la carte menu; subject to change. Overnight stay: £50, 2 night stay: £80. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Please note voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.

Max of 1 child permitted when sleeping on a rollaway bed or a cot. The age of child should be stated at the time of booking, along with a request for a bed/cot. For families with more than 1 child, a second room is required, charged at the normal rate. 0-5yrs stay free of charge on a B&B basis, ages 6-11yrs required a supplement of £8.50 per child and children up to 12yrs may order lunch/dinner and benefit from a 50% discount off the menu price when dining with at least 1 full paying adult. This only applies to children staying in the hotel. Children over 12yrs are classed as young adults and would pay the normal full price for meals as taken.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
