Why does Itison make it so difficult to check availability, many people have specific dates and have to purchase first. Other competitors offer this but not Itison, if this was available, more purchases would be made.

I’m looking for an overnight stay on the 27th of October possibly 2 nights.
My friend was supposed to be getting married on this date but her fiancé has left her, we want to give her a treat and a luxurious break including spa treatments. There will be three of us but don’t mind sharing a room as we were all in the bridal party.
Please help us cheer a heartbroken woman up. Can you tell us the best deals for us. Much appreciated. I also write reviews for The Sun therefore willing to write a story on this stay.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a villa room with breakfast, leisure access and optional £100 resort credit

Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Tue 22 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Please note, some excluded dates may apply and will be shown on the booking system.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-refundable. Date changes are permitted no less than 7 days prior to your stay for a supplementary charge of £25; payable directly to the hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Please note: The Trump Villas are situated in the grounds of the resort in close proximity to all hotel facilities.

Trump Villa accommodation is a shared building of 6 - 8 bedrooms, each private room has its own lockable door and ensuite bathroom. Double or twin rooms are available. Twin rooms must be requested at time of booking.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Please note credit card will be taken on booking and will be charged for any supplements payable.

Option 2: Includes £100 resort credit which can be spent across activities, golf, spa, food and drinks. Cannot be used in Hawico Shop or towards room packages. No change will be given for unused credit.

Leisure facilities will be open subject to current Government guidelines.

Free parking available.

Max of 1 child aged 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £40 including all meals from the kids menu when eating with adults; payable directly to hotel. Under 3’s stay free. For 2 children there is the option to purchase 2 vouchers and request interconnecting rooms.

Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available. All information on accessibility can be found here.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
