Hi I am wanting to buy the overnight stay at the collingwood arms for a specific night, if I am not able to get the date required am I able to cancel the voucher?

Hi I hav this deal & booked two nights 24 February to 26th it's a special occasion luking forward to it they said wud send an email to confirm as yet not received . Chris Hornsby

Voucher is valid from Thur 12 Jan 2017 until Sun 30 Apr 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 14 Feb and 14 – 17 Apr 2017.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Apr 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin standard room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room for £20 per room night, subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Sorry, no children permitted. 

Dogs are permitted; dogs are not accepted in the rooms but the hotel has complimentary kennel facilities and the bar is dog friendly. Max of 2 dogs in the kennels per room.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
