Looking to take my mum away for a night as an day early 60th birthday gift. The booking would be for a party of 3 so not two couples. Would you be able to offer further discount for 2 rooms due to 3 people and not 4 . Thanks looking at October 18th

Our vouchers are for two people only, but you're welcome to contact Otterburn Castle directly on 01830 520 620 to discuss the possibility and cost of adding a third person to your booking and they'll be happy to advise.

We want two rooms for five people one an infant under 2 is that acceptable x

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can confirm each voucher is valid for two people and multiple voucher purchases are permitted. Max of 2 children permitted; ages 2-11yrs require a supplementary charge of £30 per night inc breakfast and ages 12+ are classed as adults. Travel cots can be hired for a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to the hotel.

Do you accept a well behaved small dog? If so what policies should we be aware of?

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can confirm a max of 1 dog is permitted in selected pet friendly rooms at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to the hotel. Dogs are permitted in the lounge but are not permitted in the bar or restaurant area.

Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 19 Dec 2020 - 1 Jan 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 2 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a select room for a supplementary charge of £50 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
