Why has my voucher been cancelled under the fact Central Oven & Shaker are no longer able to honour it yet this deal is still being sold?

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can confirm your voucher expired on the 30th April but your credit can be used to repurchase this voucher.

What to expect

  • Afternoon tea for two with a bottle of Prosecco to share OR
  • Afternoon tea for two with bottomless Prosecco for 90mins

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sept 2020 until Tue 1 Dec 2020, 7 days 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers per table.

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Option 1: Includes a bottle of Prosecco.

Option 2: Includes bottomless Prosecco for 1hr 30mins. Refills will be served at the manager's discretion; Central Oven & Shaker reserves the right to refuse alcohol to intoxicated guests.

Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

No vegetarian and gluten/wheat free options are available.

Table required back after 1hr 30mins.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted when accompanied by an adult.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
