Hi there was just wondering if the voucher would be extended to later than april if unable to make due to covid ? Ie lockdown etc

With our guarantee, we'll be happy to issue itison credit for the full value of your voucher if:

A business closes or is unable to fulfil your voucher
You’re unable to use your voucher because of travel restrictions or isolating
You’ve gifted a voucher that the recipient is unable to use for the above reasons

How do I check availability or book online?

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Will the hotel only accept bookings from people living within Glasgow? As far as i am aware, we are not allowed leisure travel out with our local area. Is this restriction likely to be lifted soon?

I'm afraid we don't know when the current restrictions will be lifted, but you are still welcome to book for a future date and, so long as the restrictions at the time allow, we do hope you enjoy using this voucher a little further into the year.

Off-site parking is available at NCP Oswald Street, less than a 5-minute walk to the hotel. YOTEL guests can park for a special rate of £12 per 24 hours. Please let the hotel know if you’re using NCP car park on arrival and they will issue you with a discount voucher.

What to expect

1 or 2 night stay in a premium queen cabin for two with morning coffee and pastry to take away

Voucher is valid from Sun 26 Apr 2021 until Mon 31 May 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only. Please note a valid credit/debit card must be presented at check-in.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: premium plus - £20, 1st class - £50; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Premium double queen cabin available.

Housekeeping services will not be provided until departure/following night 2 of stay in line with Covid safety guidelines.

Includes 24-hour access to the gym. Please note facilities may not be open due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Includes morning coffee and pastry to takeaway.

Please note, there are no dining facilities on site.

Max of 1 child permitted in bunk cabins accommodating 2 adults and 1 child for a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
