I can confirm multiple voucher purchases are permitted and can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

What if I have voucher for 100 and hotel costs 129 do I have to buy another voucher or can I pay the difference

Good evening, if we travel by car to Newcastle does the hotel have parking facilities as we would possibly be staying for 3 nights.

Sun - Thu stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Thu. Excludes Fri - Sat.

Fri stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 7 Jan 2022 until Fri 25 Mar 2022, Fri only. Excludes Sat - Thu, 28 Jan and 25 Feb 2022.

Sat stay: Voucher is valid from Sat 8 Jan 2022 until Sat 26 Mar 2022, Sat only. Excludes Sun - Fri and 12, 26 Feb 2022.

Vouchers are subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Online bookings only.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.

Parking is available on site for £15 per day.

Breakfast will be served following the current government guidelines.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. 

Children are permitted and included in overall headcount. Extra beds not available. Cots are available free for infants.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
