Can i say I have had these vouchers since July 2020 i have typed the url no. and none of them has been recognised. Looking for help thanks.

I'm really sorry to confirm your vouchers sadly couldn't be extended by the venue.

We did previously email the person who ordered your vouchers to explain this and instead provide them with itison credit to use over the next 12 months. If they haven't mentioned this, it may be that our email was marked as spam.

I'd recommend letting them know that an email with these details was sent to them on 15/10/2020 so they can double-check their inbox. If they can't find it, they're welcome to get in touch with us at support@itison.com directly and we'll be happy to reconfirm the details.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival, leisure access, breakfast and late check-out
  • Option to stay in September or October - December

Sep option: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Sep 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 3-5, 11-12 and 17-18 Sep 2021. Voucher must be booked by Thu 23 Sep 2021.

Oct - Dec option: Voucher is valid from Sat 2 Oct 2021 until Sat 18 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 22-23 Oct and 26-27 Nov 2021.  Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Dec 2021.

Stays are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Online bookings only.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Parking is available on site for £15 per day.

Breakfast will be served following the current government guidelines.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. 

Children are permitted and included in overall headcount. Extra beds not available. Cots are available free for infants.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
