What to expect

  • 1, 2 or 3 night stay for two with a grab and go breakfast each morning and a welcome hamper

Voucher is valid from Thu 14 Jul until Fri 30 Dec 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 9 - 11 Sep and 24 - 26 Dec 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 1 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Stay in a standard Smart studio.

Rooms can be upgraded to a Grande studio for a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Please note a pre authorised card will be required upon check-in.

Includes a grab and go breakfast. Available between 6.30am and 10.30am daily. A welcome hamper is also provided on arrival.

Max of 1 child permitted in a Grande studio for a supplementary charge of £10 for a bed or cot and £15 for room upgrade; payable directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

Limited number of wheelchair accessible apartments available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
