Hi,

This deal is only valid until end March 21. This is a gift for my parents who are in Tier 2. If they are unable to book during the voucher period due to a change in Tiers or national lockdown will this voucher be extended? Please let me know ASAP.

What to expect

1, 2 or 3 night stay for two with 2 course dinner on the first night and breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Mar 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 3 Nov - 2 Dec, 24 - 31 Dec 2020 and 7 Mar 2021.

A supplementary charge of £10prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded and stays extended for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel. 

Includes a 2 course dinner each on the first night of stay. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.

Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
