I dont understand about supplimentary charges - if I wanted to stay 1 night on 5th Dec would i have to pay extra?

I'm happy to let you know this voucher can be used 7 days a week, although Saturday stays incur a supplementary charge of £20 from 3rd November - 31st March 2020, as well as £10 per night 1st - 31st March 2020; payable direct to the hotel.

Hello, we have a baby and want to bring our own travel cot. Interested in this deal as no extra charge for under 2s. Does the standard double have space for compact travel cot? We want to know if there are baths in the ensuites as standard.

Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020; subject to availability.

1 night stay - Valid Sun - Fri. A supplementary charge of £15 for a Friday night stay and £10 per night 1-31 Mar 2020. Payable direct to the hotel.

2 night stay - Valid 7 days. A supplementary charge of £15 for a Friday night stay, £20 for a Saturday night stay from 3rd Nov - 31st Mar 2020, as well as £10 per night 1-31 Mar 2020. Payable direct to the hotel.

Excludes 27-29 Nov, 23 Dec 2019 – 2 Jan 2020, 7 Feb and 14-15 Feb.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.

Maximum 2 vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Members can upgrade to a classic room for a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
