Our snow disco tickets say 4:30 but our Elfingrove tickets are for 9pm that day. Are the snow disco tickets good for any time the night we attend Elfingrove? Is the snow disco open until late or should we plan to do that first when we get in?

When advertised this was sold as if part of package, then when it was released presale yesterday tickets where unavailable on the 7th fir children but available for adults, thus is extremely disappointing as it's not as if I could cleave my two kids outside and proceed to the disco myself. Primarily this is wrong and ultimately false advertising from your initial elfingrive sale

Hi,
I have very limited mobility and wondering what it's like trying to get parked close to the event?
Also I was wondering why do we need to pay more for the snow disco when we have already paid so much for tickets?
And has the event improved since it first opened?
It read amazing and still does, but so many people at the start said it was not worth the money and now not looking forward to going especially now that I have a serious back injury.
