Hi do you know what refreshments are included with the VIP ticket? Do you buy food during the day or does the ticket include it?

I can confirm the refreshments included in your ticket are: tea, coffee, biscuits, juice and a glass of champagne. If you want to buy any other food at the event, this won't be included in the ticket price.

Do we still have to pay the parking fee on top of the ticket price? I believe it is about £7?

Parking is not included with itison tickets. I can confirm it's £7 vehicle entry to Tatton Park (£3 on Friday 13th after 5pm).

Standing event.

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Under 12s go free. £5 tickets for 12-18 year olds can be purchased directly.

Standard ticket includes a show guide.

VIP ticket includes a glass of bubbly on arrival, access to VIP area, goody bag, priority entry to theatre and masterclass session plus refreshments.

Dogs welcome on short leash.

Line-up is subject to change.

Wheelchair access available.

Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
