• Voucher is valid from Mon 29 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, valid Sun - Thu; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2021 - 27 Jan and 11 - 14 Feb 2022.
• Friday and Saturday stays available if staying two nights; please discuss directly. A supplementary charge of £30 is required per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in from 3pm - 7pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin superior lodge or courtyard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: deluxe room with patio - £20, deluxe room with balcony - £40; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss requirements at the time of booking.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
