• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Dec 2022 until Fri 23 Dec 2022, Sun - Fri 12:30pm - 3:30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 14 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table. 
• Includes a festive afternoon tea from a set menu. Menu is subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of mulled wine each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Children permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
