- Voucher is valid from Tue 4 Jan 2022 until Sun 27 Feb 2022, Tue & Fri 9:30am - 5:30pm, Wed 11am - 7pm, Thu 11am - 8pm, Sat 9:30am - 4:30pm & Sun 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
- Excludes Mondays.
- Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Telephone bookings only.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
- Option 1: 12+ only. Options 2 and 3: 16+ only.
- Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time
- Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
- Please discuss any health concerns directly with the salon.
- Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 45 mins. Treatment benefits last approx. 2 weeks, depending on lifestyle and maintenance. A supplementary charge of £5 is required for the removal of gel nails prior to the appointment; payable directly. Please allow an additional 15 mins for this treatment.
- Option 2: Treatment duration: approx 25 mins with 5 mins prep time.
- Option 3: Treatment duration: approx 55 min massage with 5 mins prep time, 25 min facial with 5 mins prep time.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- Wheelchair access available.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
