• Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Jan 2022 until Mon 4 Apr 2022, Mon - Fri 9am - 7pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 14 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 1: not suitable after the first trimester or pregnancy. Option 2: suitable during pregnancy.
• Treatments are not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1: treatment duration: approx. 50 mins including consultation.
• Option 2: treatment duration: approx. 1 hr including consultation. A patch test is required 48 hours in advance; please discuss directly. Treatment lasts up to 8 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• A dermaplaning treatment can be added for a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
