• Voucher is valid on 14, 15, 21, 22 & 23 Dec 2024 at 9am; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Fri 20 Dec 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Tickets are valid for adults or children. Under 2s have free entry; under 2 tickets including a present from Santa are available directly. 
• Duration: approx. 1.5hrs for breakfast with Santa. Breakfast finishes at 10.30am followed by a festive animal talk at 11am.
• Line-up is subject to change.
• Includes a choice of a full vegetarian or continental breakfast each. Please discuss any dietary requirements directly.
• Meeting point: Africafé.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
