Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 4-5 and 25-26 Feb 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday stays and £50 for Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Apr 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes a bottle of red or white wine in the room on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
