• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Sat 31 Dec 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Renfield Street: Valid Mon - Wed 10am & 11.15am and Thu - Sun 9.30am, 10am & 11.15am.
• Merchant City: Valid Mon - Wed 10.15am & 11.15am and Thu - Sun 9.30am, 10.15am & 11.15am.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 20 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. No telephone bookings will be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max 2 vouchers per table. Group bookings are not permitted.
• Morning tea menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Includes a glass of orange juice on arrival and unlimited tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
• Table required back by 1hr 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available at Merchant City only; please advise restaurant when booking.
• No wheelchair access available at Renfield Street.
• Children permitted.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
