Small print

• Oct - Dec 2022 stay:
• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Oct 2022 until Fri 30 Dec 2022, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 25 Dec 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Jan - Mar 2023 stay:
• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days in Jan and Sun - Fri Feb - Mar; subject to availability.
• Supplementary charge of £20 applies for Sat stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• General:
• Online bookings only. Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children are permitted; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Car parking is available at nearby Gellatly Street Council car park; payable directly.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
