• Voucher is valid from Mon 15 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 20 Dec 2021 - 1 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 10am.
• Comfort twin/double rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes 2 courses from a set menu; subject to change. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only. A supplementary charge of £15pp is required for steak; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a bottle of wine in the room on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Free parking available on-site.
• Children are included in the head count, please note the hotel has no pull out beds or cots available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
