• Voucher is valid until Mon 28 Feb 2022, 7 days 10am - 9pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 25-26, 31 Dec 2021 and 1-2 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 7 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Treatments for one or two people
• Includes 2 x 30min treatments, Hotel Chocolate treats, mini mince pies and a goodie bag with product bundle, £10 voucher and chocolate.
• Treatment options include: foot spa; mini facial; hot stone back, neck & shoulder massage; Indian head massage; Swedish massage & waxing of either brows, lip or underarm.
• Duration approx. 2hrs.

• Includes one 30min treatment, interactive facial or aromatherapy workshop, Prosecco, canapes and a goodie bag with product bundle, £10 voucher and chocolate.
• Treatment options include: foot spa; mini facial; hot stone back, neck & shoulder massage & Indian head massage.
• Duration approx. 3hrs.

• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatments are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Upgrade to a food platter for a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly.
• Free drop off and collection is available for members within a 10 mile radius; please discuss directly.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
