Small print

• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 May 2022, Mon, Wed - Fri 10am - 8pm and Tue & Sat 10am - 3pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Sundays, 20 Dec 2021 - 17 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 May 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Not suitable for those acute infectious conditions, recent injury, contagious skin disorders, thrombosis and varicose veins.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the studio.
• Treatment duration: approx. 60 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Treatments are for women only, aged 18+
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
