- Winter seafood selection including eyemouth crab, king prawns, smoked salmon with caper berries, little gem lettuce lime coulis and marie rose sauce served with brown bread
- West Coast oysters served on ice with lemon, red wine and shallot dressing
- Croton of goat's cheese in panko crumbs on a spicy beetroot puree with grilled honeyed fig and pea shoot salad
