Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days 1pm - 5pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 13-14 Feb and 26-27 Mar 2022.
•  Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 4 vouchers / 8 people per table.
• Afternoon tea only. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco and bartender's cocktail each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 9.30pm.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• Advance booking required. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
