What to expect

  • Relax and nourish package, mandarin and neroli facial for one or pamper package for one

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Feb 2023 until Sat 13 May 2023; Mon 12noon - 7:30pm, Tue 12noon - 5:30pm, Wed 11am - 6:30pm, Thu - Sun 10am - 5:30pm; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Apr 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 1 person per timeslot/booking.

Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult over 18.

Relax and nourish package:

Duration: approx. 45 mins.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or anyone undergoing treatment for cancer, clients have to have been in remission for min 5 years. Please discuss any health concerns or existing medical conditions directly with the spa before purchasing your voucher.

Mandarin & neroli facial:

Duration: approx. 45-60 mins.

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or anyone undergoing treatment for cancer, clients have to have been in remission for min 5 years. Please discuss any health concerns or existing medical conditions directly with the spa before purchasing your voucher.

Pamper package: 

Duration: approx. 75 mins.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Treatment can be modified for anyone undergoing treatment for cancer, clients have to have been in remission for min 5 years. Please discuss any health concerns or existing medical conditions directly with the spa before purchasing your voucher.

General: 

No wheelchair access available. 

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
