• Voucher is valid until Sun 30 Apr 2023, 7 days 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2022 - 7 Jan, 10 - 25 Feb, 31 Mar - 15 Apr 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Apr 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Advance telephone booking required.
• All activities are non-refundable and non-transferrable once booked.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Includes either a child, adult or family experience choosing from archery, Segway or laser clay shooting; a family experience includes 2 adults and 2 children
• Suitable for ages 6+. Children are classed as 14 years and under.
• Segway duration approx. 45 mins.
• Archery & laser clay shooting duration approx. 50 mins.
• Max of 7 people per group/activity. All tours have a 2 person minimum, bookings of 1 person will be added to a tour that is already running.
• Segways require a minimum weight of 45kg and have a max weight of 115kg.
• Please dress for the weather; all safety equipment is provided. 
• Segway: please bring gloves and flat soled shoes.
• Archery: please bring a long sleeved top or jacket.
• Laser clay shooting: please bring gloves.
• Meeting point: reception, Woodlands Glencoe, Ballachulish, Argyll, Scotland PH49 4AA.
• Archery & laser clay shooting are wheelchair accessible.
• Segways are not wheelchair accessible.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
