- Duration approx. 25mins. Please arrive 10 minutes before your allocated time to ensure you are on the train at your time slot. Late arrivals will not be permitted / may not be able to move to another time slot. Running times may change.
- Please note the experience ends at 5.30pm. So please come along a little earlier to enjoy these before your train ride.
- Please note the museum closes at 5pm.
- Please note that this is not a one-on-one experience with Santa. Santa's Grotto one-on-one experience will be available on the day for a supplementary charge; payable directly.
- Individual tickets are valid for all ages.
- Family tickets are valid for 2 adult and 2 kids or 1 adult and 3 kids.
- Children are classed as age 10 or under. Babies in arms go free however prams and buggies are not permitted on the train.
- Upon arrival, please go to the funfair area in front of the Riverside Museum and queue at the train station.
- The train ride is outdoors so please wear appropriate warm and waterproof clothing and footwear.
- Restricted wheelchair access. The train ride is not accessible for wheelchairs unless they can be lifted out of the chair for the train ride. There is a lift on the ship for wheelchair users.
- Line-up is subject to change.
- Parking is available at the Riverside carpark; payable by coins or RingGo.
- You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
- Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
