Hi booking for my mum but she is going to the tea with her friend does she only need the voucher code?

I can confirm your mum will need the voucher with her to either show on a mobile device or printed vouchers are also accepted.

What to expect

  • Afternoon tea for one or two with a glass of Prosecco each

Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Sat 26 Mar 2022, Thu - Sun 11.30am - 5pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Mon - Wed and 14 Feb 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 3 vouchers per table.

Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.

Includes glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table may be required back after 1.5 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
