What to expect

Voucher is valid from Tue 4 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days 2pm - 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 14 Feb and 27 Mar 2022.

Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers per table.

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Options 1 & 3: Includes a glass of fizz each.

Options 2 & 4: Includes a Hendricks Gin teapot to share.

Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 2 hours during busy periods.

Children permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
