Hi the T&Cs say no children, but I'd be looking to book this for me and my daughter (1 adult + 1 child) making us 2 people. So I'm wondering if that is allowed?

I am looking for a 2 or 3 night stay, double room with breakfast for my wife and I. The Imperial appeals to us but i don’t want to buy the deal and then they have no availability when I tell them it is an itison deal. We are looking either Friday 13th August for 3 nights. Or Monday 16th August for 2 nights.
Basically I want to make sure any deal whether the Imperial or some other place will accept the itison voucher for the dates above. We would even consider a caravan or lodge but there doesn’t seem to be any deals. Please advise. I can be reached on but not between 09:00 and 12:00 on Monday.

Voucher is valid from Tue 6 Jul 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, valid Sun - Fri. Excludes Sat.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Sep 2021.

October stay:

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Sun 31 Oct 2021, valid Sun - Fri.

Excludes Saturdays and 4 - 7 Oct 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Oct 2021.

November - December stay:

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Wed 29 Dec 2021, valid Sun - Fri.

Excludes Saturday and 12 - 13, 26 - 27 Nov and 3 - 4, 10 - 11, 17 - 18 and 23 - 26 Dec 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Dec 2021.

January - March 2022 stay:

Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, valid Sun - Fri.

Excludes Saturday and 7 - 8, 14 - 15 Jan 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022.

General:

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday stays payable directly to hotel on check-in.

Parking is charged at £9 per car per night.

Stays are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Online bookings only & bookings must be made 72 hours in advance

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Standard double available. Twin rooms may be available on request;  subject to availability for a maximum occupancy of 2.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly.

Dinner options: includes a 3 course dinner from set menu; changes weekly. Supplements may be required on some dishes; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. 2 - 3 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
