Hello. I have been gifted some Atlantic Monetary Gift vouchers. Can I pay for the Itison deal which is on just now with those monetary vouchers instead of using my my credit card?

After posting my question I thought I might have been a bit vague. So here goes again! I’ve got monetary gift vouchers for Atlantic Bar & Brasserie. There is an itison deal just now for Atlantic Bar & Brasserie. Can I use these vouchers to pay for this deal instead of paying for it with my credit card. Thanks. Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm afraid we're unable to accept gift vouchers for Atlantic Bar as these can only be used directly with the restaurant.

I can confirm bookings are available from 12noon - 12:30pm on Saturdays. Please note, tables are required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.

Trying to book through Atlantic website to use my voucher without much luck is there website functioning and if not do they accept telephone bookings?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm bookings can't be made over the phone, and can only be made through the link in the How To Book section of your voucher. I've followed this link myself and it seems to be accepting bookings, so I hope you're able to go ahead and arrange your visit.

What to expect

  • 4 course meal for two with a cocktail each on arrival

Voucher is valid from Tue 4 Jan 2022 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, Sun - Thur 12noon - 9pm, Fri 12noon - 4.45pm and Sat 12noon - 12.30pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 14 Feb, 27 Mar and 17 Apr 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 25 Apr 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only. Telephone bookings will not be accepted.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 vouchers / 6 people per table. 

Set itison menu only; subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes a cocktail each on arrival choosing from: Tropicalia, Mango Chi Chi or Atlantic Rum Punch; subject to change. Alcohol can be replaced with a draught soft drink.

Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.

No wheelchair access available.

Children permitted when accompanied by an adult.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
