I would like to book a table for 2 on Sat 1st October at 6pm for my mum's birthday.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.
If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What’s the time slots for a Saturday, bought this deal for the Citizen and it only applied between noon and 12.30!

I'm happy to let you know bookings can be made between 12pm-12.30pm on Saturdays, and the table is required back after 1 hour and 30 minutes.

You should be able to go ahead and complete a booking without entering a promotional code. If you're having trouble with this, I'd recommend trying on another device/browser.
