We're sorry to hear your voucher hasn't arrived with you quite yet, we'd recommend checking your spam/junk folder in case it's filtered in there.

Otherwise, you can sign into your account and select My itison and My Vouchers to see all of your orders.

What to expect

  • Morning tea stand for two including a fruit juice each on arrival plus unlimited tea, coffee or hot chocolate
  • Choice of location: Renfield St or Merchant City

Voucher is valid from Tue 4 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Renfield Street: 9.30am, 10am, 10.15am and 11.15am.

Merchant City: 9.30am, 10.30am and 11.30am.

Excludes 12-14 Feb and 25-27 Mar 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only. No telephone bookings will be accepted.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max 2 vouchers per table. Group bookings are not permitted.

Morning tea menu only; subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Includes a glass of orange juice on arrival and unlimited tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

Table required back by 1hr 30mins.

Wheelchair access available at Merchant City only; please advise restaurant when booking.

No wheelchair access available at Renfield Street.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
