What to expect

  • Botanical Retreat spa day for two inc a 90 minute treatment package, face mask treatment, G&T, Prosecco afternoon tea and a spa candle to take home

Voucher is valid from Tue 4 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Fri 9am - 6pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Please note, there is limited availability on Fridays and Sundays.

Excludes Saturdays, 12 - 14 Feb and 25 - 27 Mar 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 3 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Option 1: Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 per person. Option 2: Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.

Over 18s only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Option 1 treatment duration: approx. 60 mins including face mask treatment.

Option 2 treatment duration: approx. 90 mins including face mask treatment.

Afternoon tea can be taken between 12noon and 4pm; menu is subject to change. Tables may be required back after 1hr 30mins. Option 1: max 2 vouchers per table. Option 2: max 1 voucher per table.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. A supplementary charge is required for the following: £5pp for gluten free options, 35p for takeaway boxes.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
