Many of our providers are happy to have a single person use their vouchers, however, please note our prices and discounts are generally based on 2 people. You are always welcome to contact the venue directly to ask about the possibility of one person using the voucher. This often isn't a problem, but some hotels may request that a single occupancy supplement is paid. As such, it may on occasion be cheaper for you to book directly with the hotel rather than use a voucher for a stay.

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with late check-out & breakfast

Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.

Standard double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: twin - £10, family - £20, superior - £30, superior river view - £40; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 2 children permitted; requires an upgrade to a family room. Cots are free of charge. Please note breakfast is not included for children.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
