If 4 adults are going how many vouchers do I need to purchase?

The best way to accommodate 4 adults will be to order 2 x £149 vouchers for two, £298 total.

My husband got me this voucher as a gift for Xmas. I must say the booking experience has been incredibly frustrating. I emailed the spa and was told I could only book my treatments through them and that I had to call the restaurant separately to book my afternoon tea. I have called 2x and emailed and told each time someone would get back to me shortly. I have heard nothing. I still don't know if my afternoon tea has been booked on the 5/1/22 which is the date of my spa treatment.
There really should be a better way of booking without this much stress.

I'm really sorry you've had trouble arranging a booking with your voucher. I'd recommend contacting Ardoe House Hotel & Spa directly, on 01224 867 355, to confirm if your afternoon tea has been booked.

What to expect

  • Spa day for one or two including 2 x 30 minute treatments each, afternoon tea and leisure access

Voucher is valid until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Thu 9am - 5pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes Fri - Sat.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16's only. 

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.

Treatment may not be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 

Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa. 

Includes a choice of 2 x 30 minute Ishga treatments each choosing from neck & back massage, express facial, express manicure and luxury back experience.

Consultation and aftercare advice are included in the treatment time. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to guarantee that your treatment begins on time and to allow you to update your wellness questionnaire.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change. Afternoon tea is served between 12noon and 4pm. Time slot must be selected at time of booking. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Table required back after 2 hours. Max of 2 vouchers per table.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
