I'm happy to let you know gluten-free options are available. Just let the venue know your requirements when you make your booking.

Please note this deal excludes the 30th of December 2021 to the 1st of January 2022.

Afternoon tea only: Voucher is valid from Mon 22 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days 12noon - 4pm.

Afternoon tea and overnight: Voucher is valid from Mon 22 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly.

General: Excludes 24, 25, 30, 31 Dec 2021, 1 Jan and 12-14 Feb 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 3 vouchers per table for afternoon tea.

Includes afternoon tea from the set menu. Menu is subject to change. Prosecco can be added for a supplementary charge of £5 per person; payable directly. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Overnight: Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a super king for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Max of 1 child aged 3-15 permitted; a supplementary charge of £20 including breakfast is required; payable directly. Ages 2 and under stay free of charge; cots are available on request. 

Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly.

No wheelchair access available

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
