I purchased this voucher from for my Daughter & her Partner for Christmas for the boozy lunch. They were booked in yesterday at 1pm. I drove from Livingston to Bo’ness to pick them up and take them, dropped them off and went to come home. I then got a call to say you were closed and they had been trying to ring to find out what happened.

I then had to pay for a lunch for them both at another venue as they were dressed up and looking forward to their day out. That together with the price of petrol at the moment made it a rather expensive day for me. No idea what is going on, tried all yesterday to get in touch with them.

Afternoon tea: Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun 12noon - 8pm. Tue-Thu 12noon - 8pm Excludes Mon, Fri-Sat, 24-26, 31 Dec 2021 & 1-2 Jan 2022.

Boozy brunch: Voucher is valid from Sun 7 Nov 2021 until Sun 27 Mar 2022, Sun only, 12noon - 8pm. Excludes Mon-Sat, 26 Dec 2021 & 1 Jan 2022.

Bookings are subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked 48hrs in advance and by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers per table.

Afternoon tea includes 4 sliders, halloumi fries, onion bhajis & haggis bon bons to share & any cocktail from menu.

Boozy brunch includes pastries plus any dish from brunch menu each & 4 glasses of Prosecco or flavoured Bellini's.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access & facilities available.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
