I can’t seem to purchase tickets for the cruise on 16 Aug can you tell me why? Put in all my credit card details but is asking for an issue date which is not on my card.

I'm happy to let you know the issue number field isn't required, so if your card doesn't have one, you can just leave this blank.

Is this one way ticket or return?
Also not very clear where do you get on board, is it at the The Waverley berths at Custom House Quay at 1:15pm?

Cruise starts at 1:15pm. Please arrive at the ship at least 10 mins prior to departure time. The Waverley berths at Custom House Quay.

Duration approx. 3 hrs 40 mins.

Unreserved seating.

Children permitted.

Tickets should be exchanged for Waverley tickets after boarding at the Pursers office on board.

Alcohol is not permitted onboard.

Children under 5 travel free when accompanied by an adult.

Wheelchair access available.

You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled. 

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
