Ticket is valid for one vehicle, with a driver and up to 4 passengers. We recommend you don't overload your car make sure everyone has a good view through the windscreen.
Multiple purchases permitted. Max of 10 per person.
You’ll need an FM radio (in-car or handheld) to hear the movie. We’ll let you know the frequency when you arrive.
Gourmet street food will be available to purchase on-site, including vegan and gluten-free options. Social distancing measures will be in place and queuing will be limited.
We’ll send you a map and all the info you need prior to event.
Latecomers will not be admitted - please arrive no later than 20 minutes before the screening to guarantee entry.
Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
4x4s and people carriers are permitted and will be accommodated in a designated area.
No vans, coaches or commercial vehicles are permitted.
Assistance and well-behaved dogs are permitted. Please note that it's a busy event with lots of cars, so owners must ensure that dogs remain on a leash when they're outside.
You must comply with the Road Traffic Act 1988, ensuring every passenger has a seat belt. Remember not to overload your car, as it will mean you won’t all be able to see!
Strictly no alcohol permitted.
Toilet facilities, including accessible toilets, are available. Social distancing and increased hygiene measures will be in place.
The event takes place on a hard-standing car park and is wheelchair accessible.
Vehicles are parked at the risk of the owners. itison do not accept any liability and cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage to your property or for any collisions that may occur causing injury.
Tickets are £32 per car, which is inclusive of a £5 booking fee.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
Tickets are not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
