Your promotional code is unique to you – if you have purchased multiple tickets, each ticketholder must download the First Bus app and apply the unique booking code themselves at checkout.
Each code is limited to one use per user and cannot be used multiple times on the same device.
Children under 5 go free without a ticket and young people under 22 can travel free year-round on First Bus services with a NEC card* – apply here if you don’t already have one.

1. Download the First Bus app. If you don't have the First Bus app, you can download it from the Apple App Store or from the Google Play Store.
2. Open the app and click on "Tickets" at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select "Buy a ticket" - select "Greater Glasgow" region then select "Glasgow Network".
4. Select "Day" ticket category and select "FirstDay - Adult" ticket.
5. At the checkout, add your unique promo code from your Know Before You GLOW email.
6. This will discount @100%. You can then use it straight away or move to the wallet to use later.
