Please arrive 15 mins prior to appointment time for consultation if you are visiting the spa for the first time.
Please arrive 10 mins prior to treatment. Latecomers may not be able to get full treatment.
Health consultation will be completed on arrival; please discuss any health concerns with spa directly.
Pregnant clients will need to call in advance to check availability for pregnancy massage.
Massage treatment is only suitable for cancer/remission patients if they have been in remission for minimum of 1 year.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Hire of robes and slippers is £10 per person.
Includes a £10 per person allowance towards the food menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten/wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant of dietary requirements at time of booking.
Tables are required back within 1 hr 30 mins.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
