Stayed overnight and had dinner. Friendly hotel which manages to be sophisticated, without losing any charm or coziness. Food exceptional and staff attentive. We took a couple of walks around the grounds and slightly further afield - worth seeing the chickens and home grown veg in polytunnels! Not your average hotel and the story of its founding is simply inspiring (it’s in the room information booklet).

My daughter and I loved the room. We had a swim in the loch which was very invigorating. We didn’t have dinner as it was a little expensive for our budget but the breakfast was excellent. It was a really lovely stay.

Loved our stay at Monachyle Mhor. We did upgrade our room which was fantastic - clean and welcomig, with beautiful views over the lochs. The food, both the six course evening meal and the breakfast, were beautifully presented and so tasty.
All staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite.
Will definitely return, but it's not cheap!
